the hotel location is close to monastiraki square (making it easy to use the metro). the staff was very kind. varied and delicious breakfast options existed.
the room lacked a window (this really detracted from the experience). this wasn't noted when i booked. the cleanliness of common areas seemed questionable.

The staff were helpful. they provided a map and useful information about local attractions. the breakfast was very good. I particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs cooked to order.
The room i stayed in lacked a window. the common areas, like the stairs, seemed quite dirty. The carpeting was not clean.

The hotel offers a convenient location near Monastiraki plaza. I found it easy to walk to many spots from there. The room was very very comfy and tidy. The staff were kind.
My room was a bit dated. There was not much room to open two large suitcases. It took a little while for the AC to cool off the room. I found the bed too hard for my liking.
